THESE CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE SAME TIME OF COMMUNICATION OF DATA OF YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT

BOOKING AND PAYMENT OF VACATION

The reservation is confirmed, with the payment of a deposit, and must be paid in cash or bank transfer, if you fail to use the booking, this deposit will not be returned.
The remaining amount will be paid on the day before departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your reservations only via email at the address info@agriturismolapalazzina.net or by fax at +39 045.7599035, cancellation is accepted by the following conditions:

- if is received up to 48 hours before arrival: no penalty
- if is received over the term mentioned above : penalty is calculated on the amount correspondent to the 100% of the cost of the first night
- no-show will be considered like cancellation and you will be charged the cost of the entire stay
- in case of early departure will be charged the entire stay and the room will be available to us

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Stays starting from 14:00 on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
At arrive each guest is asked to bring proof of identity to complete the registration formalities.
At departure every guest is asked to leave the accommodation within the time prescribed.
We could in any event, by request in advance to keep the room until 14:00 on the day of departure, with a payment of 20.00 euros per room, and 30.00 euros for apartments, subject to the availability of new arrivals.

TV VOLUME

We pray the guests to keep the television and any music equipment at a volume that respects the peace and harmony of agriturismo, especially during the hours : from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 09:00.

CLOTHES

Bath towels and bed linen is replaced every 3 days, changing the anticipation of 3 days is 8 euros per person.

SWIMMING POOL

The pool available for guests is open from 8.00 am to 19.30 pm, except for maintenance.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
You can not eat and drink onboard tank, and lead glasses and bottles inside it.
Bath towels and bed linen can not be used in pool.

PEOPLE OUTSIDE

By the day the guests are asked to indicate the presence of relatives and friends to the direction.
At night is strictly prohibited the presence of strangers in every area of agriturismo.
Access to the rooms and in common areas of agriturismo is not allowed to strangers and people not registered or previously approved through an identity document viewed by senior management.

REMOTE CONTROL AND KEYS

The remote air conditioning, TV and the keys of the room if lost or damaged will be charged.

BREAKFAST

The breakfast buffet is served from 8.00 to 9.30.

SECURITY

The management absolve from all liability for any personal items left unattended in rooms or in communal areas.
It will be the responsibility of the guests keep personal items of value, both in rooms and public areas of agriturismo.
It is recommended that guests not remove or destroy any object within the rooms and public areas. Any violation will be reported to authorities.

SMALL PETS

Are allowed small pets at a cost of 10 euros a day, but you must give prior notice of their presence in the direction.
Pets should never be left both in housing and in the neighboring vicinity.
